These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Flyverse - Paragliding Bir Billing website, booking services and tandem paragliding activities.
By accessing this website, submitting a booking request or participating in any activity organized by Flyverse - Paragliding Bir Billing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
A booking is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted by Flyverse - Paragliding Bir Billing. Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee flight availability.
Pricing displayed on our website is subject to change without prior notice. Any advance payment required to confirm a booking will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.
Paragliding operations are completely dependent on weather conditions. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled whenever our certified pilots determine that flying conditions are unsafe.
Estimated flight timings are provided for planning purposes only. Actual takeoff time may vary due to weather conditions, operational requirements or air traffic at the site.
Participants must meet the safety requirements communicated by Flyverse - Paragliding Bir Billing. Depending on weather, equipment and operational conditions, restrictions relating to age, weight or medical fitness may apply.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking and informing our team about any medical condition that could affect flight safety.
Every participant must follow the instructions provided by the pilot before takeoff, during the flight and while landing. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in cancellation of the activity without further participation.
The decision of the pilot regarding weather conditions, takeoff timing and flight safety is final and binding for all participants.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time and following all instructions provided by the Flyverse - Paragliding Bir Billing team. Late arrival may result in delays or rescheduling depending on operational availability.
Participants must wear suitable clothing and footwear appropriate for mountain terrain. Any behavior that compromises the safety of the participant, pilot or others may result in refusal of service.
Depending on the package selected, your tandem paragliding experience may include GoPro photos and videos. While we make every effort to capture your flight successfully, technical issues beyond our control may occasionally affect recording quality or file availability.
Flyverse - Paragliding Bir Billing cannot guarantee uninterrupted recording in every circumstance due to equipment limitations, weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems.
Flyverse - Paragliding Bir Billing follows internationally accepted safety practices and operates with experienced pilots and certified equipment. However, paragliding is an adventure sport involving inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or operational changes caused by weather, government regulations, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
